Check out the awesome music videos for "Stop, Drop and Roll!" and "Mother Mary" on YouTube. Hurry before Warner decides to take them down again! They should've been released, in my opinion. Enjoy!

Last night Billie Joe and Jason White hooked up with their sideband Pinhead Gunpoweder to play some gigs at 924 Gilman Street, Green Day's old stomping ground. It was a benefit concert for a friend of thiers who has breast cancer. You can check out Pictures and Video here on the Green Day Authority. Personally, I think Billie wears a dress pretty well. :D Great to see them out again!

Billie Joe Gets Advice from Tony Robbins?
Posted by Delfina

Personally, I find this hard to believe, but in a new interview in Details magazine, motivational guru Tony Robbins says that Billie Joe is one of the people who take advice from him.

From Tony Robbins Uncut:

Q: Are there prominent people who don’t want to say publicly that you’re coaching them?
A: The people I get are incredibly diverse: Anthony Hopkins, Quincy Jones, Andre Agassi, Serena Williams, Green Day.

Q: So Billie Joe Armstrong calls you to ask questions about music?
A: He doesn’t call me for musical decisions. Before their American Idiot Tour, a lot of people thought they were just making the same stuff, and that they weren’t very strong. But he got my tapes, and they transformed his psychology. When they were at the Grammys, he was listening to my tapes backstage, before he went on. I listen to U2 and him; he listens to U2 and me.”

em…this sounds pretty weird…
I mean who would believe that Billie listened to a frikin’ tape and got a lot of inspiration for American Idiot? It sounds really…weird.

Hi Ave, thanks for your comment. I don’t know what to make of it myself. “Transofomed his psychology” sounds a bit strong!
