    Check out the awesome music videos for "Stop, Drop and Roll!" and "Mother Mary" on YouTube. Hurry before Warner decides to take them down again! They should've been released, in my opinion. Enjoy!

    ~The Daily Swarm reported, but has yet to be confirmed, that Green Day will be included in the lineup for Lollapalooza this year, to be held at Chicago's Grant Park August 6-8.

    Last night Billie Joe and Jason White hooked up with their sideband Pinhead Gunpoweder to play some gigs at 924 Gilman Street, Green Day's old stomping ground. It was a benefit concert for a friend of thiers who has breast cancer. You can check out Pictures and Video here on the Green Day Authority. Personally, I think Billie wears a dress pretty well. :D Great to see them out again!

New and Old Billie Joe Photos

Most of these photos are from GDC, and they can also be found on MySpace Image Search (which is a new feature on MySpace), if you feel like digging around a bit. I like knowing all the whens and wheres of photos, but for most of these there’s not much info available, even from the original posters on MySpace.

Here’s some more random, new-ish ones: at the beach… with fans… new year’s 2009… uh, a kiss [don’t ask me, here’s the source].

I wasn’t sure if I should post these next ones, but they’re so old now that they just seem like a cool piece of history. They’re photos from Billie Joe’s wedding day (?), posted by a MySpace user who refers to him as “cousin Billie Joe.” I haven’t seen these particular ones before, but maybe you have?

The bike pics I saw over the weekend and a couple of the other ones. The wedding pics were all new to me. Thanks!
I truly do understand about not wanting to intrude on their privacy etc, but I sure do love seeing the family pics. All three of the guys are just so fascinating…

Lorraine, you’re right about the hair color, and it also occurred to me they were wearing different clothes at their wedding, but I just thought this must have been a reception/party they had for the family, that was maybe not on the exact same day? (One of the pics is actually labeled on MySpace as “the day before the wedding.” ) So, I dunno, I’m just going by what the cousin says, which is that the photos are at their “very informal wedding.” :)

Moonbeam, most of them were on GDC, which mentioned the MySpace image search, which is where the rest, and the source links, are from.

Yeah i’ve been on that woman’s myspace and one minute they’re from the wedding and the next, the night before the wedding … perhaps you’re right, and they’re from a party a few weeks or so later, or something
