Sorry about the lack of posts (except for sidebar news), but I’m just freaking out a bit too much… As you know, Green Day is in town. Yes, I’m In New York City. At first I was fretting about not being able to see them while they were here. Now it just seems like it would be hubris to say that I know I will, because, well, I don’t want to count my chickens and all that, so I’ll just wait and see. I do have tickets… I apologize for being so undeservedly lucky. I do. But I’ll wait to count myself lucky until after the fact.

I’ll just say that the album grows on me with every listen. I can’t believe Green Day seem to have topped themselves. Well, I can. You know what I mean. Hopefully I’ll be more coherent in a few days. Enjoy your Green Day. Peace out.
