I am having a tough time sifting thru all the b#llsh!t on that thread. I have a nagging suspicion that this is going to be a contemporary take on rent - performing a new spin on twenty-something angst - which i think is a bit shallow for the beautiful lyrics that are american idiot. I hope im wrong…

not sure how this is going to play out, I hope they don’t try to exploit the album - there’s such great song writing on that album that I’m afraid it be taken for granted thry to bring this story to life.

Umm, there are no reviews yet because it is in previews. Tonight is the last preview performance, so the press will be invited to opening night and all will write reviews then.

Yes, I know it’s in previews, but that doesn’t preclude people who attended the show from writing their impressions of it online, even if not in the commercial press, but there have been surprisingly few bloggers who wrote about the show.
